With deep roots in our community, Dr. Ayanna Davis grew up in a single-parent home in Compton, California. A mother and lifelong public servant, she has dedicated her life to lifting up our children, young people, and the next generation. Davis previously served as a local classroom teacher and union member, and currently works in early education as a public school principal at the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Now, Ayanna is running for Assembly to build more inclusive and just neighborhoods across our communities across California.
